1. General
All bookings are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse any booking if we believe it is unsafe or unsuitable.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that leaflets are safe, packaged securely, and suitable for distribution.
2. Payments
Payment must be made in full before the leaflet distribution campaign begins.
Returning or business customers may pay a deposit upfront with the balance due on completion.
Campaigns will not commence until payment (or agreed deposit) has been received.
3. Cancellations
Leaflet distribution campaigns cancelled less than 48 hours before start may not be refunded.
Refunds are at our discretion depending on preparation already undertaken.
4. Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, access restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Exact 100% coverage of leaflet distribution cannot be guaranteed, though we aim for maximum reach in agreed zones.
We are not responsible for the content, design, or printing quality of supplied leaflets.
5. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided will only be used to process bookings and not shared with third parties except as required by law. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
7. Scope of Services
Leaflet distribution covers mapped residential and commercial zones agreed before campaign launch.
We do not guarantee delivery to gated, inaccessible, or out-of-zone areas.
Special requests (e.g. targeting specific streets or businesses) must be agreed in advance.
8. Proof of Delivery & Reporting
GPS tracking is available for selected campaigns.
Reports are provided after completion, including coverage and delivery confirmation.
Clients must request tracking in advance if required.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate delivery instructions and contact details.
Leaflets must be delivered to us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date.
We are not responsible for errors in leaflet content or design.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes should be raised in writing within 7 days of service completion. We aim to resolve all concerns promptly and fairly.
